TTri-Rep Sales, Inc. is a Texas corporation created on October, 2003 by Lawrence Schadler, Lane Malmberg and Frank Faucette. Tri-Rep Sales is a professional Manufacturers’ Representative agency which specializes in the sale of specification products in Commercial and Residential plumbing markets. In January, 2005 the company purchased Jim Bell and Associates, a local plumbing representative, and added their plumbing lines to their own.
Tri-Rep Sales values business ethics, experience, relationships, product knowledge and is dedicated to being fully educated in the products they represent as well as in competitor’s offerings. The staff of Tri-Rep Sales participates in all available trainings and educational opportunities’ offered by the factories we represent.

Our sales team has over 50 years of combined sales and marketing experience in Manufacturing, Manufacturers Rep. business, Distribution and Construction. We have excellent relationships with the Architects, Engineers, Distributors, Contracting community and the large Facility (end-user) network.
Tri-Rep Sales, Inc. currently has offices located in Houston, Austin, and Lufkin. The product lines we represent are the leaders in their respective industries. We conduct frequent “Lunch-n-Learn” meetings to provide opportunities to keep our customers up to date with the latest products.
We possess a proven team for Specification selling to Architects, Engineers, End-users and Distributors. This results in sales success for all products represented. The staff of Tri-Rep Sales makes themselves available for all factory and in-house training opportunities.
Lawrence has vast experience working with wholesale distribution, engineers and contractors. He boasts a unique leadership style that has proven effective through the rapid and ongoing growth of Tri-Rep Sales, Inc. For a number of years he was the owner of Westates Supply, Inc, a plumbing wholesale supply company. He sold his company in 1992 and moved to Houston where he continued in wholesale distribution Industry. Lawrence has been in the Manufacturers’ Rep business since 1994.
Lane has 35 + years of broad-based management, operations and sales experience in the plumbing industry. He was Sales Director in the US Plumbing Productions Division for American Standard where he managed a six state region. He comes with many years of experience in the plumbing contractor and wholesale distribution side of the business that have helped Tri-Rep have a competitive Edge in the Industry.
Jeanette has been with Tri-Rep Sales, Inc. since 2012. She brings on board many years of industry experience and exceptional organizational skills that have kept our operations in order. She manages and excels in various responsibilities including accounting, customer assistance, technical support, office management and procedures.
Jay has been a plumbing manufacturers’ representative in the decorative showroom segment for the past 15 years. Jay posseesses an uncanny reputation in the industry as a hard worker, problem solver, great relationship builder, and forward thinker. Jay joined us in 2012 and successfully balances managing our Outside Sales team along with calling on the Wholesale distribution channel.
Brady has been a manufacturers’ representative since 1995. He is in charge of the quotations department and has the responsibility of processing commercial job quotes. He also works closely with plumbing engineers and contractors in trouble shooting and in the technical field service of products.
Erika has been with Tri- Rep Sales, Inc. since 2013 and brought with her many years in the Industry. Prior to joining the Tri-Rep Sales, Inc. team she worked for a wholesaler in the inside sales department. Erika has become a vital piece of the team as she directs and facilitates the processes and responsibilities of our Inside Sales team. With her friendly, upbeat attitude she has become an expert in customer service, order entry and sales.
Gabe serves as our Warehouse Manager. He joined Tri-Rep Sales, Inc in June of 2017 and has already proven to be a great asset to our team. Gabe brings with him over 18 years of Industry experience along with a “lead by example” leadership style and strong organizational skills that attribute to the success in function of our warehouse.
Antonio is working outside sales and service covering Austin, San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley. Antonio has been with Tri-Rep Sales since 2007. Previously he worked for Guardian Equipment Company as the Southern Regional Sales Manager covering 8 states.
Tony is covering the Houston area. Joined here in 2014 and calls on mechanical engineers, contractors and medical facilities. He has a medical background giving him the ability to work closely with medical professionals to assist them with their unique requirements.
Chris began with Tri-Rep Sales in May of 2016, coming to us with 16 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He began at a Wholesale Company in Dallas working in outside sales and transitioned into the Manufacture’s Rep business before too long. Chris is a part of our outside sales team and brings excellent skills in salesmanship as well as deep relationships with Engineers and Plumbing Contractors.
A graduate of The University of Houston, started his plumbing career with a local plumbing distributer in 2011. Bruce has been with Tri Rep since 2017 representing a wide variety of products. Bruce has incredible talent for relationship building and demonstrates tremendous care and professionalism while catering to the needs of commercial service contractors, wholesalers, and showrooms.
Jessica joined Tri-Rep Sales, Inc. in 2017. A graduate of The University of Houston, she brings with her experience in Social Media Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. Managing our online marketing, she also handles responsibilities as part of our Outside Sales Team. Jessica has an infectious smile and personality that lends greatly to her roll in the Architect and Design community.
Mary Anne started right out of high school in the plumbing industry 46 years ago with a local Houston rep agency. She has been with Tri-Rep Sales since August of 2016 and brings a wealth of customer service and product knowledge. She is highly regarded with the Houston market for her attention to detail and provides our customers with a timely and knowledgeable response.
Mario began working for Tri-Rep Sales, Inc. in May of 2015, and has advanced through several positions within the company. Currently, Mario has responsibilities in our Inside Sales department. A quick learner, he is set apart by the care and friendliness that he demonstrates while assisting our customers with any of their needs.
Rob has worked in the industry since 1980 and joined our team in 2017. Due to his many years in the industry, Rob brings with him immeasuralbe knowledge and experience. He has been a great addition as he executes his inside sales responsibilities with attentiveness and amiability.
Pedro has been with Tri-Rep Sales since 2015. Pedro has responsibilities in customer service, inside sales, and job quotation. Pedro is a dedicated and enthusiastic employee, excelling in his responsibilities and providing great customer care and product knowledge.
Evan has been with Tri-Rep Sales, Inc. since 2017. He is one of our Quotations Specialists with responsibility in our Inside Sales Department as well. Evan has proven to be a formidable multitasker and a quick learner as a representative in his respective field.
Alek has been working part time for Tri-Rep Sales since the Summer of 2013 and officially started full time in July of 2016. He is responsible for outside sales support. He has been instrumental in creating, monitoring and continually updating Tri-Rep Sales unique ability to track large commercial jobs in South Texas. Alek is a quick learner, highly dedicated and is willing to take on any task that is given to him with eagerness and determination.
Jose began working for Tri-Rep Sales in July of 2016 and has responsibilities in receiving and shipping, inventory management, and deliveries. Jose has demonstrated an attention to detail ensuring our customer’s orders are filled with accuracy.
Martin joined our team in 2017 and has been instrumental in our warehouse department. Martin assists with the shipping and receiving at Tri-Rep Sales, Inc. and ensures that our customer’s orders are processed precisely and in a time sensitive manner.
