LAWRENCE
SCHADLER.....(President-Partner)-Lawrence an outside
salesman, has been in sales since 1978. He has extensive experience
working with wholesale distribution and for a number of years owned a
plumbing wholesale company, Westates Supply, Inc. Upon selling his
company he became Sales Manager for Ferguson Enterprises. He earned
his certification as a Certified Professional Manufacturer Representative
(CPMR) and has been n Manufacturers' Representative business since 1994.
He opened his own agency, Tri-Rep Sales, Inc in 2003 with his partners,
Lane Malmberg and Frank Faucette. He has been an integral part of a
sales staff which earned many distinguished vendor awards. These
awards include Rep of th Year with Elkay Manufacturing Company and Mcguire
Manufacturing Company, Outstanding Sales award with Precision Plumbing
Products, and Vanguard Piping Systems.
LANE
MALMBERG.....(Vice President-Partner)- Lane, an
outside salesman, offers 25+ years of broad-based management, operations
and sales experience in the plumbing industry. Lane was Sales
Director for the US Plumbing Productions Division for American Standard
where he managed a six state region. He has 13 years of hands on
experience in all facets of the wholesale distribution business and
mechanical construction.
BRADY
BELL……
(Vice President -Partner) Brady is not only an outside salesman but is also
involved in technical field service. He compliments our sales team with
extensive engineering and technical knowledge from his service in the
United States Air Force. He has a B.B.A. degree from Sam Houston
University in Business/Marketing. Prior to joining our company, Brady was
Maintenance Professional of the Year in the U.S. Air Force, as well as
runner-up for Airman of the Year. He is well equipped to handle all
details of our projects from beginning to end, assuring the customer of
maximum satisfaction.
JIM
BELL
……Jim, outside salesman has over 30 years
experience as a manufacturers representative in the Texas market calling
on architects, engineers, designers, distributors and end users. He has a
B.B.A. degree from Sam Houston University and has been in sales and
marketing his entire professional career. Jim was National Sales Manager
for a large Houston manufacturer for 5 years and National Salesman of the
Year. He is a native Houstonian and is well known in the mechanical
engineering, architectural and building community. Jim has been an active
member of A.S.P.E. for many of years.
SHERRI
BELL ……Sherri, an outside salesperson has spent the past
12 years in sales and marketing in a variety of industries. Previous to
that she was Administrative Vice-President for a video production company
and Associate Producer for an award-winning television series. Sherri
attended Stephen F. Austin University, graduated from Zorn Business
College and has participated in numerous marketing seminars across the
country. She adds the variety of experience that is beneficial to a
growing business, as well as expertise in dealing with the public.
RYAN
BELL
….Ryan is an inside salesman with the primary
responsibility of managing Bobrick quotations and distributor needs. He
recently joined the team after graduating from the Art Institute of
Houston in multi-media (computer marketing and design) and has previous
experience in Customer Service. Ryan will also be quoting and servicing
all the other lines we represent.
CLAUDIA
HORN.....Claudia is an inside salesperson with some
outside sales responsibilities. Her outside sales responsibilities
include calling on plumbing wholesale showrooms, kitchen and bath dealers,
and countertop manufacturers in Houston. previous to her employment
with Tri-Rep Sales, she was involved in various capacities in the
wholesale distributor business, including being a buyer for Moore Supply
Company, a large plumbing wholesaler, purchasing material for 25
locations.
TONY
ZANCA.....Tony is an outside salesman for Louisiana and
Southern Mississippi. He has been a lifelong resident of Louisiana
with very extensive experience working with Architects, Engineers, and
End-Users. Tony is very well known in this territroy for his Section
10 and 15 product knowledge and his strong relationships with key
distributors. Prior to his years as a manufacturers representative
he served in and retired from the New Orleans Police Department.
SUSAN
BRATTON.....Susan is an inside
salesperson with responsibilities which include: Quotations, order
processing, and customer service. Susan comes from and extensive
background in Customer Service. She previously worked for Ikon
Corporation in Houston.
ANTONIO ALVAREZ.....Antonio
is an outside salesman with primary responsibilities working with
Architects, Engineers and Mechanical Contractors. Previously Antonio
worked for Guardian Equipment Company as Gulf coast Regional Sales Manager
covering an eight state region.
